I accepted the job without knowing the details (other than date and time-lesson learned) after hearing the details I decided I can not put my equipment or assistant in the environment that the job required. I tried to call her to cancel but she did not answer so I left a message without reason b/c I wanted to speak with her personally to explain. She then immediately posted that I didn't give her a reason for cancelling without returning my call. This job was for photobooth services and not for photography. I don't know why she stated she now has no photographer except that she is trying to harm my business. All my other reviews are extremely positive but because I don't want to be in the environment she wants to be in she decided to give me a poor rating.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am usually on the lower side of pricing to create more value for my customers that will hopefully (along with quality work) create referrals and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I want to have a consultation with every new customer so we both have an understanding of what the customer needs and what I can provide. I want to make sure I am "on the same page" as the customer. Many people have a vision of what they want that may be different from what I think they want and we need to make sure their vision is the same as what I see.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My background is in mechanical engineering so I am a very technical person. This helps on the technical side of photography/videography mastering the use of the equipment and software. For the creative side, I have been in photography since 2014 and have been growing my skill set each year since.
