- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss what gets my clients interested, as well as motivated to keep our progression moving forward. I like to take a moment to really assess all of the strengths and weak areas that we can work on; and develop a plan to take on these things, and accomplish them. As well as plan ahead for the goals we’ll be striving toward in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended music schools, and took private lessons as a kid, learning a lot about the effectiveness of structured education. Playing out in bands and in studios, since when I was about 13. Working as a producer/ engineer in a number of studios, and helping to develop artists and showcase their best qualities. Working as a Producer and as a Coach, I’ve learned a lot about the different needs of individuals, and how to best cater to them.
