Introduction: Hey Pet Parents 👋🏽 My name is Lavina Simpson and I am the owner and operator of Starr Pet Sitting LLC based in Oak Park, MI. Starr Pet Sitting LLC is also family oriented… My mother (Lavora) is my assistant at home for boarding/daycare clients and my father (Herbert) is my assistant for dog walks/drop in visits. We are all insured/bonded. We offer pet sitting services to the Metro Detroit area at very reasonable rates! We are cat/dog CPR certified. I have been in the pet care industry since 2015, I have ton of experience with many different types of pets who may require different needs. My service list: Boarding/overnights and daycare in the sitter’s home (25 pounds and under ONLY), drop in visits in the clients home (ALL TYPES OF PETS), dog walking (ALL TYPE OF PETS), I can dispense medication if needed (injection, pills, eye drops, topical, etc). I always make sure to provide companionship and more for the fur babies! I pride myself in going above and beyond to make sure that my clients and their fur babies receive the very best care and customer service possible. Starr Pet Sitting was an absolute dream to work with! Lavina sent thorough updates on how our cats were doing while we were away. She was thoughtful and diligent in making sure she not only fed them and cleaned their litter boxes, but she spent time with them, sent us videos, and provided full reports on their wellbeing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for pet sitting!

This was the most wonderful experience that I have ever had with dog boarding services. Lavina has an open heart for small dogs and brings such comfort to the dog’s owner. During my dogs stay I received daily pictures and communications twice per day. I loved the reports, my dog seem to be so happy and relaxed. Before boarding, Lavina answered all my questions and provided pick up and drop off service for a small fee. What a nice service to the tired travelers after a long trip. I highly recommend Starr Pet Sitting LLC to all dog owners that want a safe, caring and affordable boarding experience for their little pet.
