- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing will vary in projects. Many factors come into play regarding rots or damages. Prevented repairs are much more cost effective than a complete tear out from neglect or unforseen damages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer to establish a face to face. Then I like to hear what your visions are so I can make them a reality!! Then we will go over a project plan and a detailed scope of work and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Remediation certified, Insurance restoration, Home Improvement restoration. Flooring, painting, designing, texturing, staining, furniture restoration, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, concrete, carpentry and trim and all general repairs.
