- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A week of training (other than for severe human aggression cases) is currently $550 (my 3 week puppy imprinting program is $495/week for puppies 12-20 weeks old). Programs are either 3 or 5 weeks long, unless other capabilities are wanted, or more time is agreed upon due to aggression or other behavior modification issues. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start most every relationship by going to the client, their dog and situation in person-or at the least an in depth phone call. I offer a free in-home evaluation where we can sit and talk through needs and desires, my training philosophy and what I can offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I put myself through Top Tier K9's pet and working dog programs while working a full time job. My passion for training is what fueled my drive to give up many evenings and weekends to learn, grow and train. While I am now a certified trainer, the education never stops and I still often travel to seminars and jump into online training sessions in order to expand my knowledge base and gain experience in the many K9 training disciplines.
