- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?As much as we’d love to just give you a quote online, it is imperative that we visit your property before a price can be established. Even with lawn maintenance quotes, an online assessment only gives you a general idea of the lay of the land. In many cases we will service the property prior to pricing the property to get a true estimate of the time it takes to maintain a particular property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For Lawn Service Customers, we can typically provide an estimate online if the homeowner provides the address of the property. We prefer to speak to each of our customers face to face before we begin to perform work on their property. This way we get a chance to meet each other and go over any particulars on the property that the homeowner need to make us aware of before we begin our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have over 10 years in landscape, construction, and snow removal at various different places. We have learned from experiencing various properties and situations that occur during routine maintenance as well as new installations of landscapes. We take pride in our work and do not settle for anything less than 100% satisfaction from our customers.
