Beth knew the right questions to ask to address my heart’s desire – a better connection with my husband. I felt like she really listened to and understood me as she helped me gain clarity on what was contributing to our disconnect – unresolved hurts. She helped me to get in touch with my experience, and through that I discovered I wasn’t being fully vulnerable with my husband and sharing what was important to me. My next steps seemed so simple once we role-played how to say what I was really feeling. She showed me how our lack of intimacy was affecting other areas of my life as well. She also shared testimonials that highlighted client successes from other couples that were experiencing what we were. This renewed my hope and inspired me because some of the solutions seemed so simple. The relationship to my husband is very important to me, and so is my inner peace and joy. I am grateful to Beth for showing me how I can have it all.

I met Beth at a spiritual retreat where the energy was so high I thought my head was going to explode. In less than 5 minutes, she taught me 3 simple techniques on how to master my own energy. I immediately felt comfortable with her and shared one of my most heart-felt desires … that I was longing to create deeper spiritual intimacy with my wife, and so she taught me a couple of “spiritual love” exercises to practice with her. The very next day I eye gazed with my wife for the first time in over 20 years. I was totally present with her and told her how much I loved her. It brought tears to our eyes. Because I had gained the confidence to tell her what was important to me, we are no longer just going through the motions or making assumptions about what each other wants. We are learning to communicate our innermost truth. It’s not easy, but it’s very rewarding. I definitely have more to learn and to put into practice. I am grateful for the guidance Beth has provided and her vast knowledge on the topics of love, intimacy, sexuality, heart-based communication, and spirituality. I look forward to continuing to work with her as my wife and I navigate through our uncomfortableness to deeper intimacy.
