- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Enjoy a discount (either $30 or $50 off) when purchasing a 4-pack of lessons over purchasing them individually. Evaluation appointments, regularly $25, are free with the purchase of lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I begin with a 30 minute evaluation session to meet your dog and discuss your training needs and goals. Evaluation appointments are not always necessary, though. If you're ready to start training, we can jump right in! Please contact me to book your evaluation or training session. I look forward to helping you and your pup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked closely with dogs for over 17 years, in both volunteer and professional capacities. I worked in animal shelters and dog training facilities with all manner of breeds and behavior issues. I served as Lead Dog Trainer for both group classes and individual training at a facility in Walnut Creek for two years before launching Devoted Dog Training. CPDT-KA (pending) – dog trainer certification from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. Certification in Pet First Aid. Mentor, American Behavior College – mentor to dog training students via externship program
