Mr. Mandle is a very skillful and conscientious handyman. He never finishes a project until it has fully met the client's expectations. He is able to handle both small and large projects--from building decks and fences to remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. He can both design and execute projects. He has completed many projects for me and my neighbors over the years to everyone's satisfaction. He deserves the highest recommendation.

James, a neighbor of ours, has performed a variety of tasks around our house and garden over the past several years, including sealing decks, wall painting, caulking hard-to-get-at spots, and repairing fences. He always does an excellent job, including the kind meticulous prep that means better performance for the long term. And he's good to have around too: considerate, neat, trustworthy, as well as competent, providing good value for the money. Importantly James knows both what he can and can't, and is willing to say so; he's also willing to point out maintenance issues that might be of concern whether or not they are jobs for him, which we appreciate.

James is FANTASTIC!! All you could hope for in a partner fixing up your place. I say partner, because James isn't just a guy with power tools. He looks at every problem like the designer he is, talks the options over with you, considers your budget, and follows through expertly with the plan - no matter what bumps come up.
