Swedish massage (standard),
Deep tissue massage,
Shannon is responsive, thoughtful and professional. She set up in our home quickly and transformed our bedroom into a massage sanctum within minutes. She consistently checked in about pressure and was very attentive. I highly suggest using her!Apr 3, 2019Verified
Shannon was absolutely amazing! It was my first time receiving a professional massage and so worth it! I highly recommend her and plan on using her for all of my future San Francisco visits!Mar 22, 2019Verified
My massage with Shannon was awesome. She paid close attention to the areas I needed work on but did not ignore others. I highly recommended Shannon!Mar 18, 2019Verified
Shannon was very prompt and provided a great massage for me and my boyfriend. I highly recommend hiring her for your message needs!Mar 5, 2019Verified
Shannon was great! Very professional, friendly, and responsive. Plus, she gave a great massage. I also appreciated that she checked beforehand to make sure which areas I wanted her to focus on, if I have any recent injuries (which I do), etc. Definitely gonna hire her again!Feb 22, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$95- 60 min, $145- 90 min, $195- 120 min. *Chair massage is $75 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will have a brief phone chat with a client prior to setting an appointment. I generally try to arrive at the client's residence 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the appointment in order to have time to set up and discuss the needs of the client. That way we both stay on schedule. Once I have set up and chatted with the client pre-session, I will excuse myself to the rest room to wash my hands and allow the client privacy to get onto the table. When the client is ready, I will enter and begin the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a graduate of the National Holistic Institute, (NHI) northern California's top school of massage therapy. I have fifteen years of experience and have worked in private practice as well as in the spa industry and for a chiropractor. I am also an esthetician (non-practicing) and a level one herbalist. I studied western herbs at the California School of Herbal Studies in Forestville, Ca and also studied Eastern herbs and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley, Ca. Within the field of allopathic medicine. I hold an associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and am currently pursuing a bachelor's in Public Health.
