- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are competitive but I try to keep them fair. They compare to most of businesses out there and are very affordable . Please contact me in person for more info.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially set up an interview where I meet the client and their furry companion at their residence. I feel it's safer for the dogs to meet on their territory. It gives them a chance to get to know me better in a place they are familiar with. After our interview, we decide what schedule works and I begin a three day evaluation walk period in your neighborhood where I work to develop a rapport with your dog. After this time, if everything seems right we then continue on with daily adventures based on the clients scheduling needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken the Dog Walk Academy and have been trained in Pet First Aid. I'm active on social media, keep a Facebook page and maintain a respectful business relationship with my peers.
