Introduction: Hi, My name is Eric Zibbel and I am a draftsperson/ designer and Licensed General B Contractor and C-10 Electrician based in Grass Valley, CA. My small business is focused on excellent customer communication, top notch attention-to-detail and friendly service. Me and my team of skilled tradespeople are excited to learn more about your residential or commercial construction project. We are ground up custom home construction, accessory dwelling unit and detached office specialists, covering all phases of construction to keep jobs on schedule and on budget. Eric did an amazing job for our bathroom addition. His suggestions were all very helpful and he was a pleasure to talk to.
