Pablo came and have a competitive estimate. He was able to start the job soon after the quote was provided. We love our floors!Mar 17, 2018Verified
Hard to Find! Pablo was Punctual, kind and professional and the work quality was beyond expectation. Installed stone veneer to face of house and placed them with perfection - lots of character & flow! We look forward to working with him again in the future!Sep 30, 2017VerifiedPablo G.'s reply
Thank you so very much fo your feedback it was wonderful meeting you and hope to work with you soon.
Poor to none customer service. Argumentative. First warning signs (which I disregarded) came after I was told few times that they sent me quote to my 3 different email addresses which I provided but they never did. When they damaged bricks during removal of old limestone steps, I asked them to be replaced and Pablo's father started laughing arrogantly. Eventually, after 30 min of heated conversation, they replaced the bricks. They didn't want to install wire mesh to strengthen the slab. They put profit before customer satisfaction. When I asked to install wire mesh properly, Pablo's wife started throwing hands in the air and yelling at me to do the job myself. I let them go. They left the construction debris in front of the house. When I asked for it to be removed, his response was "I wasted too much money".Nov 13, 2017VerifiedPablo G.'s reply
I'm very sorry that you feel that way, we worked as hard as we could to not only work within your budget but also your time frame. We had given you an amount but we lowered that, we had given you a start date but since you had conveyed to us that you needed the work done fast we did our best to accommodate you by starting your job 2 weeks early. You asked that we replace the chip bricks that is exactly what we did and not after a half hour conversation. I had my wife drive out and get you the bricks and wire mesh. Wire mesh was already purchased. My wife tried to translate how we do the work and you asked her if she was your worker she replied no you yelled at her to leave (she had our son in the car who heard everything). You also yelled at my father who was only trying to explain the situation the best way he could, even when he rang the bell to let you know they were giving you a ticket for your car. We tried our best to accommodates your needs but unfortunately your needs exceed what we as humans can do. We cleaned up all debris but you asked us to leave you wanted no part of an explanation not from my wife or father who have been in this business for over 30 years. Your response to me was customer is always right even if HE IS NOT. I'm sorry but to me it's very important to have mutual respect outside of being hired by you my wife and father are human and as such deserve respect. I did my best and went out of my way in more ways then one but was turned down and disrespected by you.
