Chef Evrik provides authentic Jamician flavors and will even deliver! My family of four tried the fried escoviche & jerk chicken. The chicken was spiced to perfection and the fish was very tender and moist! I also really enjoyed the fried plantains as well! I would say, however, my favorite are his Beef patties & the chicken patties too! Overall if your looking for something different, with affordable prices, that taste delicious, then Fiya Spice Caribbean is your stop!

Heard about Fiya Spice from a friend and had him cater my sons 20th birthday and all my family and friends just kept asking where did you find this guy!!!! Very perfessional and humble and the jerk chicken was great!!!! Had to give his business card to all my family and friends!! Definitely will have him cater my special occasions over again without a doubt!!!!
