I read all the reviews for this company and of the 3 choices thumbtack sent me, selected this one. I'm usually a word-of-mouth client, so hesitant to contract through thumbtack. Frank visited our home to review the job with no strings attached. His manner was professional and his skill and knowledge obvious. The revised thumbtack quote was too high for our budget, so Frank offered to return for a second visit to take out extras from a basic painting job (i.e. exclude painting of chair rail, frames, doors & adding crown moulding). His revised quote allowed for 5 different colors for 8 areas so we discussed mixing and matching. He was patient to work through this and offered advice, such as which of the 4 bedroom walls would have the accent color; and which color would be better below the chair rail in the main living areas and which above it. We appreciated the time he spent to discuss the painting plan. It was a bonus that wall repair was included in the quote. Frank completed the work in 4.5 days; to us that was record time. He worked diligently and expertly. He would advise us each afternoon of the spaces he would work on the next day; this allowed me to plan which part of the home to occupy. He showed up at a similar early time each morning soon after sunrise and left before dusk each day. This schedule worked out well for us. His guarantee of beautiful paint, smooth finish, two coats, all rang true. We were so pleased that by the 4th paint day we contracted with Frank to lay the special order hardwood flooring which arrived during the painting job on day 3. So he adjusted his schedule to then work 4.5 additional days in a row to lay the flooring in the same rooms he had just completed painting. Again, he followed a careful plan for laying out the cork base, then laying out the wood pieces, matching up color differences, separating out scratched pieces to cut for small spaces so the scratched areas became scrap, before starting the actual laying. He set up two outdoor sawing stations on each end of the home. We took pictures of both jobs as they were being completed, work in progress, and he did not mind any interruption. Along the way over these 9 days he assisted with small tasks such as moving the refrigerator for cleaning behind, discussing the type of kitchen cabinet knobs to install, and took down two track lights and one bathroom light at our request to apply the ceiling paint under those fixtures. He removed about 70 outlet covers of all types: phone, plug, switches, data ports, to paint behind, but unfortunately for us, left the task of replacing the new ones we purchased to move on to the flooring. We are so pleased with the quality of the workmanship and his professional manner that we are now asking for a quote for exterior painting. This was our first experience contracting through an electronic gateway; it worked out very well for us. We will recommend Frank to anyone who is in the market. We feel so fortunate to have found and hired Frank to do painting and repair work on our home. Frank's experience and knowledge was so helpful in our decision on what we wanted to achieve on our lanai concrete floor and he did a beautiful job in refinishing it for us. We also had some aged , peeling areas in the drywall area leading to two of our skylights; one of them being very tall and narrow. Frank did an excellent job in the repair and painting. We have found Frank to be very friendly, professional and punctual. Thanks again Frank. We will definitely recommend your services to our friends!

The initial response was less than 10 minutes. Frank visited the next morning and committed to install our flooring before the movers brought our furniture in four days.

Frank showed up on time, assessed the work gave us a bid and perfumed the work the very next day. It was not an easy task of just installing a microwave but fitting into some high end cabinets and key racks. It looks fabulous!
