After considering what to do with our web site and learning about SunState Media, a call was made to them to see what they could do to help update or modify our site. They immediately gave some suggestions and indicated that they would completely rebuild our web site for us. Before it was very hard to navigate. You needed to go back to the home button in order to navigate to any part of the site. It was archaic and very dark in colors. In no time at all the new web page was up and running, very easy to use for who ever logs in. They also suggested that we use an email so that folks viewing our site could contact us for communication and further information. This was something we did not have on the old site. Also since we are a non profit they suggested that we have a link whereby folks can donate to our organization through the site. Again something we did not have before. They helped with this and it has been beneficial. The ease of the site and their response when we need an update has made this project very easy for us. Our pricing is really on a client basis. We realize that some businesses are just starting out and we want to encourage cost to them that can be affordable and still get a high rate of return. We offer variant pricing on all our services and we always do a consultation for free to determine pricing and affordability.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation and disclosure of what we can provide each client and to really listen and understand the customer we are potentially going to work with. We make the new customer aware of the absolutes.. What is needed to start with and we build a strategy that can work with their immediate budget and develop a timeline outline that can help them succeed with their business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always have to consider what is new and hot... We were one of the first companies in our area that offered responsive website development. Also with the ever changing world of e-commerce we have to keep up to date with the best plugins and the best CRM.s for our clients. Always learning is the key to staying on top.
