- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is really on a client basis. We realize that some businesses are just starting out and we want to encourage cost to them that can be affordable and still get a high rate of return. We offer variant pricing on all our services and we always do a consultation for free to determine pricing and affordability. In addition we offer many packages that our clients can pay on as a subscription so the payments can be spread out and not affect revenue gains.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation and discussion of what we can provide each client and to really listen and understand the customer we are potentially going to work with. We make our customers aware of the absolutes.. What is needed to start with and then we build a strategy that can work with their immediate budget and develop a timeline outline that can help them succeed with their advertising and marketing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always have to consider what is new and hot... We continue to educate ourselves and learn new value added services to provide to our clients. Also with the ever changing world of e-commerce we have to keep up to date with the best plugins and the best CRM.s for our clients. Always learning is the key to staying on top.
