After weeks of trouble with our long distance moving company, Cloud 9 movers were able to step in and save the day delivering our things into our home. Dwayne and Pedro were great, professional, and helped us unwrap and assemble furniture pieces taken apart by the first company, fold moving blankets for the first company to collect, move boxes around so we could find the things we wanted to unpack first, and take recycling to an outside dumpster. This move has been very stressful for us, and having movers who were calm, helpful and in good spirits was much appreciated. All our items were handled with care and placed where we requested. Price was very reasonable. They were late to the meeting site, but we hired them only 4 hours before the move was to take place, and the driver of the original truck our stuff was on refused to give an ETA so given those facts, it's amazing Cloud 9 was able to help us at all. Would hire again for local or long distance moves.

2 men exchanged washers and dryers from my Condo 2 blocks to a new house. They did a professional, no fuss no muss job. I have hired them again to move all my furniture into the new house on July 15. I expect that they will do the same quality job.

Dwayne single handedly moved my belongings from a ground level apartment to a second floor apartment, within the minimum time frame. The overall cost for the job was cheaper than other companies I received quotes from. Lastly, the move was a success with no damaged, broken, or mishandled boxes/furniture. He took caution with all of my belongings whether it was "fragile" or not.

The furniture movers were superb. The only suggestion I would make would be a confirmation of date and time after I paid the deposit. Allen was very helpful and accommodating. Would use them again with no qualms.

Was able to receive a quote and schedule the move very easily through Allen. Was told the movers would arrive between 10-11am on the day of the move and they arrived right on time. Both movers were friendly and professional and did a great job with handling several pieces of heavy and antique furniture. They both worked hard the entire time with only stopping for a quick lunch break, which they didn't count as our moving time. In the end the move took a little longer than our original quote, but it was well worth it to have their help as they were hard workers and took the time to even put furniture back together and move it when I requested. Would gladly hire them again and recommend for anyone looking to move soon!
