Frank and his team were extremely thorough, explained everything they were doing, and went above and beyond in order to ensure our home was clear of rodent infestation. Frank was very communicative from the very beginning, he was ready to start soon after inspection and was even early to the appointment. The team handled everything with no hassle and I highly recommend Frank’s services if you are looking to rid your home of rodent infestation. He is an honest man and his work speaks for itself. He also maintains contact and checks on the home after trap setting as well. He educated me on what to look out for in the future and steps to prevent another occurrence/maintain a rodent free space. Frank has been patient and informative, answering all our skunk-related questions. He helped patch areas where rodents could enter our home, and disinfected all areas as well. He let us know about places he thought may be at risk as well and has been very transparent at all times. He usually has shown up at the later end of his service time estimates, but always texts to confirm around the exact time he will show up which is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to working with him more as he comes out every week to check any traps he's set for 30 days. Thank you for your help and expertise!

I hired the Rat Specialists for a rat problem in my attic and have only amazing things to say about my experience thus far. Frank has been amazingly responsive, considerate of my varying schedule and exceptionally communicative about the process. I feel confident in his plan and look forward to no longer have the infestation. While he was cleaning the attic, he also noticed a termite issue (I know, lucky me) and gave me tips on how to best treat my house to eliminate them too. Above and beyond customer service! 10/10 would recommend for any of your needs!
