- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is etched in stone. I will try to work within your budget. I am a senior so I like senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The same as with any other client. Try to acquire as many details about the job as possible. That way the estimate will be fair to both of us. I always keep an open line of communication available, so as to be as flexible as possible as clients needs may change, or make the client aware of any potential issues that may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and maintained pool homes.I am also a Certified Divemaster, as well as having owned/operated a yacht maintenance service for 20 years prior, thus can perform most pool/spa repairs underwater. I am knowledgeable in plumbing, pump repairs and maintenance of same as well as underwater lighting fixtures. Serving as the First Mate on an all wood 85 ft motor yacht "Mojo" for four years and responsible for all painting, varnishing and maintenance before and after having 100 charter guests aboard, became expert at painting and varnishing, (brush or spray). I basicaly maintained a floating home where your life depended on repairing systems efficiently and correctly.
