- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It is very important that both parties understand what services will be done and that a clear estimate is given in advance of any work being performed, so the client can rest assured knowing they are getting the value they deserve! Our pricing is very commiserate with the market. Our value is that we are far above and beyond our competitors in terms of quality and professionalism and safety.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we go over what the client's expectations are. We ask questions to gather details that are essential to the work that needs to be performed. While we like to conduct estimates in person we are often able to provide them over the phone with just a few questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was trained by a top notch professional who took extreme pride in his work. I was taught the finer points of the art of window cleaning, more importantly they pressed the point about making sure each job was done perfect everytime. Old-school values coupled with industry-leading tools and techniques make Buddy Marshall’s Window Cleaning an easy choice! There are no shortcuts within our company.
