With Steven from Optimum Home Inspections, the process was classy from start to finish. Optimum continuously communicates throughout the process with clarity and professionally-branded emails and texts. Everything except the actual inspection can be handled electronically and touch-free, from all communications to payments. Absolutely flawless experience with Optimum Home Inspections! I needed a 4 point home inspection done immediately and Steven responded quickly, patiently answered all of my questions, and had a seamless process to get all of the information and details necessary. He showed up 15 minutes early and was professional, courteous, and polite. After doing the work he walked me through everything (with pictures) and explained the details. It was clear Steven is extremely knowledgeable. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and gave me honest details about when he could finish the report based on what he discovered. This home inspection service is a winner! I couldn't believe how thorough he was. The inspection was more than 4 hours. Clients should know our inspection pricing is based on square footage, distance and age.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by exchanging contact information. Then proceed with which inspection the client will be utilizing (4 Point, Wind Mitigation, Home Inspection, or a Roof Certification). After we have confirmed the inspections I go over the pricing and which days I am available to complete the inspection. After the inspection has been finished, the client will receive the report/s within 24 hours of the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been trained by the International Association for Home Inspectors, along with that I have also done many home renovations.
