Hired on Thumbtack

I have used Thumbtack before to find a massage therapist in Fort Worth. I picked a great one the first time and use her services regularly. It seems that things have changed with Thumbtack now because I did not get a response from anybody and there seems to be no way to rectify any of this crap.
