Introduction: Founded and owned by Shelbi Samford and Brody McMurrian, Aesthetic Connect is an online fitness service that functions as a community and together we will offer multiple services including in-person and online instruction, nutrition & workout plans, forums, supplements, apparel and many other fitness related categories. Shelbi Samford is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as NPC bikini class competitor. Brody McMurrian holds various certifications including: NFPT-CPT & Master Fitness Trainer, NASM-Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist, NASM- Corrective Exercise Specialist, ISSA-CSCS, AFAA-Group Fitness Instructor and various other NCCA accredited credentials. Our goal is to be a one stop source for all fitness needs and goals spanning the entire spectrum using the latest science & information available to ensure maximum results and injury prevention/recovery. We are actively taking on clients who are interested in the in-person training.
