- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as monetary compensation, I prefer to take each case/client/situation on a case by case basis. After speaking with the potential client, we discuss the tentative plan and what is affordable for the client. I ask the client to keep in mind that I base my living from investing my time, knowledge, experience and training 110% into providing a successful plan and help to initiate and execute, as well as making myself available for future guidance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new potential clients/customers, because it is a brand new chance to help others. I like to ask the client for information regarding their business needs and then I explain my services and approach to complete their need.
