Introduction: i have 17 years experience and a medical background, so when it comes to designing workouts, i make sure they are safe and effective. I also did an intership with the utah jazz so i incorporate dynamic warmups and other sports training techniques for optimal performance when working with my athletes. i also design meals, do food demonstrations, grocery store tours, and coach nutrition, which is a big part of getting results. I enjoy creating exercises and it is very rewarding tranforming people. I also enjoy helping them form new habits that lead to more energy and a healthy lifestyle.

I contacted Sid and within our first few conversations it became very clear that I needed him far more than I had even realized. It seemed like a big commitment and I was hesitant at first but knew I needed to change. I wasn't feeling healthy, lacked energy and wasn't looking the way I would hope to. When I want to sleep in, I know that the payoff of a morning workout with Sid is going to make all the difference in my day and ultimately the health of my future self! I feel I look better than I have in years! Sid makes his workouts fun! He walked me through the grocery store and I left knowing more than I have ever known about making better food choices and how easy it really can be. He gave me great ideas on what to eat and recipes! Sidney is the key. He's AMAZING at what he does. I recommend him very highly.

Sidney is a great trainer. My husband has arthritis problems and with sidney's specialized training he has gained flexibility and strength. He educates you on nutrition and as your working out he explains what muscles you are strengthening. I highly reccomend him for an exercise and nutrition experience.

Sidney pushes me to work out much harder than I do when I am at the gym working out on my own. I realize now that I have been way too easy on myself for years. I enjoy skiing and a lot of the exercises Sidney has me do are fun, advanced moves that are improving my leg and core strength to help better me on the mountain. It is really nice that Sid has his own studio. It has everything you need to get super fit without the distractions you have at a large gym.

Sidney is a great trainer. I had a back injury that he is able to work with. He is attentive and cares about the health of each person. He has helped me with a new diet plan along with strengthening my back to help avoid future problems.

When I first started with Sidney a year ago I could barley stand up from the floor. Had medical problems and over all felt horrible. Today I am 85lbs lighter and I feel amazing! Getting stronger every day! Sidney is very caring and works you out to your body needs. He helps in what to eat and not to eat. He is very inspirational and a great motivator! He is helping me to get my life back!!! I strongly recommend Sidney, you will not regret it at all. He truly is the best trainer I have ever had! He really knows his stuff.
