- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary from the size of the project to complexity. We would like to have a quick chat either by phone, text, or email to discuss the project before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak about the project and what you wish to accomplish. After we decide on the size of the project we will get down into demographics, who is it for, what ages, etc. With this in place, we move on to design. We discuss what look you have in mind compared to what look we believe will work best for you. We will then determine the budget to work within before we start. We begin the work and keep you involved every step of the way from thumbnails to in progress to finals.
