  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I don't have specific programs listed because I tailor them to each client. After all, everyone has different goals, schedules etc. The first session is where we get to know each other, take assessments and work together to figure out what your goals are! 1 session - $40 5 sessions - $190 ($38 each) 10 sessions - $360 ($36 each) 20 sessions - $680 ($34 each) Refer a friend and get one session for FREE SAVE even MORE with small group training

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Certified through The American Council on Exercise but I have been training for years and I am constantly learning and developing fun and exciting ways to stay active!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My family has always been very active. After my father retired from the Army, he became a trainer and got me hooked!
