Great private training gym that has all the equipment that you need to achieve your goals. Best personal trainer in okc! I highly recommend Zak. He is very knowledgeable, competent, and motivating. He would make sure I had my breakfast every time before we begin our session! He definitely helps me out a lot with my meal plan with what I should eat and how much should I eat.
