- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Call for pricing, not all cases are the same and not all cases are located in the same area. The more information you have available when you call the easier the pricing will be to discuss. We do not provide a canned pricing model unless you just want a standard block of hours. Our hours are broke up in order to complete cases efficiently and effectively. There is no need to pay for a PI to watch the Person of Interest eating cereal at home all day. Please call for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We encourage prospective clients to call the office for a 20 minute no charge consultation. Once the consultation has been completed, the Investigator will agree that the possible case can move forward or the Investigator will advise the client on other steps besides a PI Service that they can utilize. Once the client agrees to and places a case retainer all case work begins. Our process is simple and straightforward as is out contract for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CLEET 1 through 4, 86 hours in additional training courses relating to surveillance, skip tracing, active shooter, interviewing, human remains search and 20 years Information Technology/Information Security services.
