Introduction: First and foremost, the Hamel Law Firm is about helping people. Whether that consists of defending people from government overreach or facilitating a path to overcome a mistake. Our mission is to assist clients in times of need, in and out of the courtroom. We believe in a comprehensive approach to representation and our services are tailored to each individual's specific situation. We treat all cases as if we were going to trial and only when the client (you) tells us otherwise, do we look at plea bargaining. We firmly believe in exercising our client(s) Constitutional rights and giving the accused a fighting chance! I started the Hamel Law Firm PLLC as a way of practicing law the way I believe it should be practiced. I strongly believe in the Constitution and that people should have representation by someone who listens to their story, believes in them, and who will be the warrior for their cause. I've been a fighter my entire life, and have moved from the ranks of the Marine Corps to the courtroom, but a fighter I remain. I am proud to serve Oklahomans and will serve them (the people) as long as I can!
