I thought the whole process went fairly well. The availability was good, they were prompt, polite and professional, they did a good job and overall I don't regret hiring them. I am giving them a 3-star rating because I expected more. I even made it clear beforehand that I chose them because their quote was BY FAR the most expensive. And if I am paying three times as much as I could be paying someone else, I expect to get my money's worth. Like I said earlier, they did clean my house and did a good job; however, for the amount of money I paid, I expected a great job. I guess the lesson to be learned from this experience is to ensure ahead of time that both parties have the same definition of "deep clean."

I am sorry that I did not clarify what a deep clean was. That is my fault. But when you add walls and windows and dusted blinds and fans that takes away from an original deep clean. We came in and cleaned exactly what you said you wanted done. Not to mention I threw in a free refrigerator clean because you expected that but did not mention it to me at all until the last thirty minutes. I apologize for the lack of communication however you were sleeping and before I left I asked you if there was anything you wanted me to come back and clean that I would do that for you. I try to please my clients as much as I can. Thanks again

My cleaning experience with Kira was great. The professionalism was lacking though. We had originally booked her for a Monday morning, but she had to cancel last minute due to a babysitter problem, which we understood. I messaged her explaining that we were moving out Tuesday afternoon and we needed her for sure that morning. She said she would be there by 8 am and that the cleaning would take about 3 hours. 8 am the next morning came and went with no contact from Kira. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I finally texted her to confirm whether she was still coming. She said that she was on her way from dropping her dog off at the vet. 45 minutes later, she finally showed up. Because she was late, my husband had to come home from work while she finished because I had an appointment scheduled for 11 am.
Her cleaning was great and we passed our move out inspection with flying colors, but the lack of communication about being late and no apologies about the situation after she finally got there was off-putting to me.

The time I gave you originally was nine and yes I was running late when I bumped it up to 8. I actually did apologize over the phone and in person when initially meeting you. And no one needed to be there, that was your choice. Things come up for everyone in life and I would expect any of my clients to understand that. I got it done and you passed with flying colors! Plus I didn't charge very much and did extra for you. I just wish people appreciated things a lot more. I mean you got a full refund on your deposit when originally she wasn't going to give it to you... People need to be more appreciative and my professionalism lacks some days and is great on others. I am human and 36 weeks pregnant.
