FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do. Pricing is available by contact. I do not post my pricing because, while this is a business...its not only about turning a coin, its about making people happy. I don't plan to get rich doing photography. I will work with people and their budget. No one should have to miss out on capturing moments of their lives because they can't afford me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts me, their first question is about pricing. It should be about quality. I try to encourage them to view my work on my page on Facebook (Chrys Campbell Photography) or (Risqué Business by Chrys Campbell). I want to know what type of photography their interested in, what size family/wedding/event they're planning on photographing (if that is their request). Then we discuss locations, dates, pricing and what all is included for my price. After we reach an agreement, I take a deposit to hold their booking date. Some clients need additional assistance, such as hair & make up. I provide a hair & make up artist at an additional fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended photography classes in 2009. But I have practiced photography for several years, so most of my "training" is self taught. Its passion for the work that has driven my success. I tend to think anyone can use a camera, but its passion that people see in your work that makes it art.
