- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our general pricing is based on square footage of the house. And the frequency of how often the customer wants to get treated. Depending on the square footage of the house and how often the customer wants to get treated determines the rate. If the customer wants to get treated more often the rate is less, but costs more for the year. If the customer wants to get treated less often, the rate is more, but costs less for the year. Give the office a call and we will give a free consultation to find out what services would be best for you and we will always give you a discounted rate. Many customers have called us "First Class Service At an Economical Rate".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally do an initial service that starts the process of controlling the pests and preventing them from coming back. After the initial service we do a follow up service that fully controls the problem. Since there are different bugs each season of the year, we usually treat quarterly or every so often to control and maintain the bug issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is on-going education in the pest control industry. It is important to stay up to date on changes with products and labeling. We continue to find new ways to be most efficient and effective with our time. But yes there is an applicators license, and service tech license in order to apply commercial grade products. And we have to do on going training to keep our licenses.
