- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a phone conversation, followed by an in-person consultation to hammer out some of the details of our session, including location, date, must-have poses, etc. Next comes our portrait session and because we've already done all our planning, it's totally relaxed and easy. When your portraits are ready for viewing, we'll have a face-to-face reveal and ordering appointment, and finally, I'll personally deliver your finished pieces to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate in Arts from Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma. While there, I took every photography class I could, ranging from 35mm and darkroom techniques, to digital images and their manipulation. I continue to learn so much from every session and every client, as well as from other seasoned professionals whenever possible. Recent educational experiences: PPA Super 1-Day Workshop Oklahoma Fall Arts Institute
