I served as an Adjunct Professor with Langston University in the Rehabilitation Counseling Department. I gained Executive training through the National Leadership Rehabilitation Institute in San Diego California. Additional Leadership and training gained while serving as an Ambassador for Edmond Chamber of Commerce and the Governor's Executive Leadership Development Program. Worked as Director of Innovations for Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services and provided career development and leadership training through facilitation with multiple groups from diverse backgrounds. Expertise in the following areas: Wellness and Weight loss Career Development Relationship Improvement Life Coaching Providing tools to unveil the power inside to make positive transformations. I live out my passion by unearthing possibilities and providing tools for individuals to define their purpose and passions. I enjoy supporting individuals in achieving goals at a higher level than ever deemed possible. My proven background has supported individuals in clearly defining their goals and developing a roadmap to success. I am inspired daily by the growth attained through implementation of the right tools at the right time. Her career has been in the area of social service, program management, and the employment service field for well over 20 plus years, and she has prepared her self to always be willing to take on new challenges. Over the past 20 plus years, Mrs. Hall has been the ideal professional, ready and posed to assist others through their dreams. Andrea is an experienced trainer/teacher and very comfortable in front of a group. She comes up with innovative ways to catch and keep attention, using Story Telling skills as part of her presentations. In addition, one-on-one, Andrea is personable, really listens to understand before providing helpful suggestions that fit the circumstances and needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A complimentary 30 minute Discovery Session is done to determine "mutual best fit" between me and client. Utilization of baseline research assessment to determine interests, skills, and abilities and/or personality strengths when applicable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Bachelors degree in Psychology. *Trained Family Life Educator; *PREP curriculum certified (based off of 30 years of research in the field of relationship health) * 20 + years as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor specializing in the creation and development of career options for individuals with disabilities. * Managed a caseload of 150 individuals, providing counseling and guidance; career building services; education and training; and life skills. * 14 years experience providing health life skills and weight loss coaching to more than 200 individuals. * 10 years experience coaching unmarried and married couples in developing effective communication skills to improve relationships.
