It was such a please to meet with Alicia! She is so friendly and accommodating - right down to asking us what vegetables and spices we don't like. She is passionate about her food and helping others and we really look forward to doing business with her.Apr 19, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing based on menu and amenities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Client submits catering needs. We send a bid and call client to see if we included everything in the bid. We plan a time to meet and sample product. We shake hands and seal the deal with a contract. Client makes a deposit. And we start the plan.....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Alicia Gomez the creator of Cielo Catering has been in the food industry for over 30 years. She has owned 3 restaurants. Her life's adventures have taken her to place all around the United States. Her passion for food has found her searching out the best kitchens to learn from folks (home cooks and chefs) across this country. Her roots are from Mexico therefore, CIELO .... means heaven in Spanish and she puts a little heaven in every bit. She spent endless hours in her Grandma and Tia's kitchen learning their savory secret. Alicia has been known to brag that she could cook before she could ride a bike (honestly).
