- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is standard for most fences. It’s the custom fences that we really need to talk about for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to hear what the customer has to say, after all it is your vision, I’m just building it. If I have any advice to either help your vision or find a way to make it cheaper I will.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do fences, concrete, and concrete staining. The best training I’ve ever gotten is doing a new job. There’s always obstacles, it’s trying to figure out how to solve the problem and give the customer the best product you can.
