- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the services required by the client. Our fees are guaranteed. If you don't feel that you received value, then pay only what you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial consultation at your place of business to learn more about you and your business. Only after we understand what you need will we recommend a service offering. You will then be given a dedicated team of professionals that can include a bookkeeper, CPA, and/or a payroll specialist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our professionals have the required licenses and are admitted to practice before the IRS. Every individual in our organization must meet at least 40 hours of continuing education training each and every year. From the person that answers the phones to the owners.
