I have had Wendy Foreman help me with each real estate transaction have ever done. When I purchased my very first home she walked me through every detail and made sure I understood what homeownership would mean in terms of upkeep, repairs, costs, etc. She made the process amazing. Since that first experience she has help my husband and me buy and sell two homes simultaneously, sell a parent's home, sell my husband's home from prior to our marriage, and I even put my faith in her to sell a client's home who needed a good price for his older home. Wendy is not your typical realtor, she understands homes, costs of living uncertain areas, financing and assistance options, and she is not afraid to show you the reality of circumstances. One of my favorite reality checks was when she showed us a home with wallpapered ceilings listed for the same price as a house we were attempting to purchase. We quickly understood what a great deal we were getting. She has become an amazing friend through all of this, and she has been weaved through every home we have lived in. It is amazing to have someone like that to help you buy (or sell) a home. On a more technical note: we have never waited more than two weeks for homes we have sold to go under conract, and one was sold during the recession time period. She knows exactly what is necessary for staging, how to price properties, and how to protect her seller from excessive demands. You cannot go wrong with Wendy Foreman, she is the best there is out there.

Wendy and her team are the BEST! We have worked with her during a move out of state and a move back into the OKC area. She works hard for her clients and we would never use anyone else for our realty needs.
