- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are $150 for the 1st hour. $85 per hour after 1st hour. Parts and material are not market up but a restocking fee will apply if parts/material are in stock. System replacement bids are free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no special process to working with a new customer. We set up an appointment time that meets your needs and I show up and fix your problem. If the problem is not repairable I will give you a bid for replacement at no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Denver Institute of Technology in 1992 and obtained an associates degree in HVACR technology. I take regular code update courses, product certification courses, and new product training courses.
