- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do quality work and are very competitive amongst all the painting/remodeling companies here in Oklahoma City. We go above and beyond with our work and that says a lot about us. We don't ask for any money upfront and want the customer to be completely satisfied before we submit an invoice. There are no hidden fees. A proposal will be drawn up stating exactly what it is we are doing and nothing more. We usually try to give the customer a peace of mind and put in the proposal that we will be suppling all the materials with our quote (paint, trim, sheetrock, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to build a relationship with our customer. We live and die from our reputation. About 80%-90% of our business comes from word of mouth or referrals. We recently started a referral program to give back to our valued customers when we land a contract through a referral of theres. Multiple Visa gift cards have gone out this year. So basically our number one goal is to give the best customer service and provide a worry free environment when doing any new job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2002 and we believe that says a lot on making it as a professional painting, remodeling, and power washing company. Our team is diverse in all kinds of remodeling from specializing in custom textures, sheet-rock repair, interior & exterior painting of all types, light electrical work, tile work, and power washing. We will go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the customer when it comes to your home.
