Deborah Cox, Certified Personal Trainer
About this pro
In our first meeting Deborah asked about my goals and then set out to help me work towards them with each workout. She is very conscious of form and technique which even though I have worked out for years and probably know better, she kept me from falling back in to old habits or rushed sets. She was always on time and kept our appointments as planned. All of that and she is super pleasant to work with! I highly recommend her.Jan 12, 2018Deborah C.'s reply
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Deborah as she listened to my struggles. We worked on areas of interest and I could not have asked for a better trainer. Highly recommend!Oct 17, 2017Deborah C.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No gym membership fees-you pay only for personal training sessions. First 1 hour session is half price (30.00) I have session times of 60, 45 and 30 minutes. For clients that sign up through Thumbtack, individual sessions are discounted from normal pricing. 60min=60.00, 45min=50.00, 30min=35.00. There are additional discounts available for multiple sessions booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically on a first visit we go through a medical history to see if there are any medical/movement compensations that we will need to be aware of and review your current activity and fitness level. Your personal goals are extremely important to the process, so I like to get a good understanding of your desired outcomes. We will then go through an approximate 30 minute training session that will allow you to see how I train, and feel the difference of focused training as opposed to just going through exercise motions.
