Knox Home Inspections did a thorough home inspection and provided me with a listing of items that needed to be looked into that could have potentially cost me quite a bit of $$$ if not fixed immediately.

Mike completed 2 different inspections for me. He was very thorough with the inspection and presented me with a detailed final report with any issues that needed immediate repair as well as those that might in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based on square footage of home with a minimum base price, additional pricing for other services available. Senior and military discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with the customer all through the process with a follow up inspection on all items agreed upon between seller and buyer to be repaired and walk with the customer during the inspection to point out issues and explain options so they are not just handed a report and left on there own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 35 years in home remolding ,and have installed or repaired most of the components Looked at during an inspection. Graduate of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Licensed through the Construction Industries Board state of Oklahoma
