- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all of Trademark's Thumbtack clients the first thing that's done is an estimate emailed to the client based on the specification's given about the upcoming project. Once that's been reviewed by the client we set up a time to meet and view the property/project to answer any questions in detail and give an exact quote. After the client reviews the new adjusted quote and decides to move forward, we sign a contract and schedule the start date based on the clients schedule. Work will begin on the scheduled date and be completed in the time frame set forth at signing. Only after the work is completed and the client is satisfied does the client make the payment for the work. Last but not least the client gives an honest review of Trademark Exteriors Restoration via Thumbtack to help new customers make the right decision for their upcoming projects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The first roof I ever installed was when I was 14 years old. My mother made me help my grandfather install it for a friend of his. At the time I was none to thrilled with the prospect of the Oklahoma summer heat and the early morning start times. However little did I know that it would be fun (in a way lol) and that 27 years later I would still be in the industry.
