- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price are not the cheapest but they are competitive & sometimes negotiable. We do offer 10% off all of our to military men & women.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a lot of the leg work through the phone. That way when we get to the location desire, it's all work from them. We set up our bounce houses Explain do's and don'ts. We will also stay with with customers as long as needed. We don't just drop off our equipment & leave. We make sure everything is in working order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the entertainment service for over 10 years
