- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to keep my parts costs down by shopping around for any needed part, to ensure you pay the lowest price possible. I also never add an up charge to any parts, you pay what I pay. You get a copy of any receipts, so you can verify that promise to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’m primarily self-taught, but I have gone through formal IT training, and hold multiple CompTIA and Microsoft certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I got into IT by accident, in 2004 I was a military medic serving overseas, and our unit IT guy left active duty. We didn’t have a replacement, so as the new guy, I was given this extra duty. I learned as much as I could and have continued to build on that knowledge.
