- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PATRIOT respects your time and money. Our pricing is based on a sight-unseen description by potential customer. This price you see is a price based upon the customers description. If job is not as as described please consider the price a ballpark estimate subject to changes. We will do our best to communicate any changes prior to beginning the project. If the work is as described by the customer no changes necessary. If you would like a written estimate please contact us directly and we will drop by to review the site of work and provide a free written estimate. We would love to earn your business, and if you're not happy with our service for any reason there's no need to continue. We'd even recommend a competitor at your request. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Provide estimate (written or via app). 2. Customer will need to provide Name, address, mobile phone, and email (for receipts). 3.Services will be provided on a day scheduled by Patriot. 4. Invoices will be sent via text message and/or email and should be paid online within 3 days using debit/credit card or Venmo pay or cashapp. Cash is also accepted on day of service. * weather may necessitate mowing done on other days. Days will be arranged by contractor. Service will resume the next scheduled day.

no special training, just experience and happy customers.
