Communication is lacking. My Christmas lights were put up about 2 weeks ago, and he never completely finished the job. Lights along the side of my house look sloppy and unfinished. I’ve been asking him to finish and fix the lights here and he keeps saying he will schedule another appointment, but every day he says he’s going to fix them he doesn’t show up. This has happened 2-3 times already and I still don’t have another appointment, despite the fact that the Christmas season is almost over.

The bottom part of my porch post had rotted and needed to be replaced as soon as possible because it was supporting part of an upstairs bedroom. I contacted KB Services. Kenton came to my house and assessed the situation. He explained every detail of what all they would do to fix the problem. The porch was jacked up, the post was replaced and bolted to a cement block and my upstairs bedroom is level again! YAY!! The finished job looks great and I am both extremely pleased and relieved! I will definitely hire Kenton & KB Servives again because they do all kinds of home remodeling projects!

KBE services did such a great job on our house! They painted the exterior trim, gutters, and garage door. As well as replacing the door leading from garage to the side of the house- along with the trim on the door, threshold, and taking out a slab of cement that was causing us issues. Highly recommend!
