Says going to be delayed 1 hour that's ok but says car broke down 15 min before rescheduled appointment disappointed on the whole thing I will use someone else's services ur all's service don't work

Hi Jesse, I'm terribly sorry about this experience today. Unfortunately my personal trip that took longer than expected also caused my car to over heat and not start. This has never happened before. This has nothing to do with Thumbtack, it was my personal responsibility and take full blame for not being there nor on time for your massage. I'm truly sorry. I hope you're willing to give me another opportunity to make this up to you. Unfortunately because my vehicle is disabled at the moment I will not be able to travel to any clients until I get this resolved. Thank you for understanding and I hope you have a good night.

My pricing system is very simple. I charge per hour. If it’s a couple or up to 3 people, there there are special discounts. Just ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial assessment to see if I can work with them or if I'm a good match for them. The assessment includes asking day to day questions about their lifestyle as well as medical questions about their capacities to perform any type of activity.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist and also a certified group instructor for Insanity Live and P90X Live and CORE DE FORCELive.
